Sandlot 2025 Baseball & Softball

Bellport Little League Fall Sandlot Fun – Try Baseball the Easy Way!

Join us this fall for our Sandlot Fun Program — a relaxed, no-pressure way for kids to discover the joy of baseball! Whether your child has never picked up a bat or already loves the game, this program is all about fun, friends, and fresh air.

We’ll play simple, kid-friendly games, learn the basics, and let the kids run, hit, and laugh together. No teams, no uniforms, and no experience needed!

Dates: Program will run 9/9-10/31 and will follow South Country school calendar.

SCHEDULE:

Tuesday

AA (5-6 year olds) - 4:30-5:30 at Martha Ave

Softball (all ages, 6-12 year olds)- 5:30-6:30 at Martha Ave

Minors/Majors (9-12 year olds) - 5:00-sundown at Verne Critz

Wednesday

T Ball (4-5 year olds) - 5:00-6:30 at Verne Critz

AAA (7-8 year olds)- 5:00-6:30 at Verne Critz

Cost: $40 per player

All participants will receive a BLL Sandlot shirt courtesy of our Sandlot sponsor - VFW POST 8300!

Required Equipment:

-Sneakers or Cleats

-Batting Helmet

-Baseball Glove

-USA Bat
